What to Expect

The QHHT experience is intentionally structured to support clarity, depth, and integration. Rather than completing everything in one sitting, the process unfolds in a way that allows your mind and nervous system to prepare, engage, and fully integrate the experience. It includes:

A complimentary 10-minute introductory session, giving us an opportunity to meet, explore your reasons for seeking QHHT, and determine whether it feels like the right next step for you. Choosing your QHHT practitioner is an important part of this process, and this session allows you to feel confident in your choice.

A 50-minute intake session, conducted virtually or in person, to clarify intentions, goals, and readiness, and to review any questions you may have for your Higher Self, ensuring the session addresses your unique needs.

The QHHT hypnosis session, held in the office on Tuesdays and lasting approximately 2.5 hours

A 20-minute follow-up visit, which may be completed virtually or in person, to support reflection, integration, and meaningful insight

  • No. You are always in control. While you will be in a very deep state of relaxation, you will still be aware of what is happening. Most people remember some or all of their experience, though it may feel like a vivid dream that fades quickly after you "wake up."

  • In addition to offering QHHT, I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a medical prescriber, a trauma-informed mental health therapist, and a certified Master Hypnotherapist, combining clinical expertise, therapeutic insight, and advanced hypnotherapy training to support a safe, transformative, and deeply impactful session.

  • My standard professional fee is $200 per hour, which would make a comparable four-hour session $800. To make this transformative experience accessible while reflecting its depth and impact, the complete QHHT package is intentionally priced at $444, offering a comprehensive session that integrates clinical expertise, therapeutic insight, and the unique power of QHHT

  • Yes! Anyone who can follow simple instructions and has a desire to experience it can enter the necessary state. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we all enter multiple times a day (such as when we are daydreaming or just about to fall asleep).

    • Set an Intention: Think about why you want a session and what you hope to gain.

    • Prepare a List of Questions: Bring a list of questions you want to ask your Higher Self (e.g., life purpose, health issues, relationship patterns).

    • Avoid Caffeine or any other stimulants including stimulant medication: Try to limit caffeine on the day of your session so you can relax easily.

    • Eat a Light Meal: Ensure you aren’t hungry, as sessions can last several hours.

  • Yes. Your QHHT session will be recorded. It is highly recommended that you listen to your recording afterward, as the benefits and integration continue to happen every time you hear the information shared by your Higher Self.
